Shipping policy
In the event of any discrepancy between the shipping policy written in English and the one written in French, the policy written in French shall prevail.
1. Shipping
• All orders are processed and shipped within 3 to 10 business days.
• Orders are not shipped on weekends or during holidays.
• During periods of high order volume, delays may occur.
• If a significant delay occurs, we will notify you by email.
2. Address Accuracy
• We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses. However, please contact us immediately at Support@jkwessentials.ca or through the contact section to resolve the issue before your order is shipped.
3. Undeliverable Orders
• Orders marked as undeliverable due to an incorrect address may incur restocking fees, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
4. Lost or Stolen Packages
• JKW Essentials is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your order is marked as "delivered" but you have not received your package, you can report the issue to your local authorities.
5. Out-of-Stock Products
• If a product you ordered is out of stock, we will ship the in-stock portion of your order. When the out-of-stock item becomes available again, we will ship the remaining items.
• You can request a refund at any time for an out-of-stock item, effectively canceling that portion of your order.
6. Customs Duties and Taxes
• By ordering from JKW Essentials, you agree to pay any customs duties or taxes that may apply upon arrival of the package in the destination country.
7.Shipping fees
• Shipping fees are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and the total amount of your cart (in $CAD)
• Shipping fees cannot be refunded, with the exception of certain conditions or if required by applicable law.
