Are there any hidden fees?

There are no hidden fees, prices are displayed without taxes. These will be calculated at checkout along with shipping costs

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments by credit or debit card, through the "Shop" app, or through wallets such as Apple Pay or Google Pay. We are working on adding PayPal payments

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charges are determined by your shipping address and any applicable customs duties

What are the delivery times?

We will do our best to ship your order as quickly as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with additional information. Delivery times vary depending on your location

Do you deliver internationally?

Currently, we only deliver to Canada and the United States excluding Kansas

How can I track my order?

When the order is shipped you will receive an email, you will also get a tracking number for your order

What to do in case of a delay or problem?

If a delivery takes longer than indicated in our average times, please do not hesitate to contact us for clarification

Can I change or cancel my order after payment?

Absolutely! Before shipping, you can modify or cancel your order by contacting us. Please note, however, that once your order has been shipped, it is no longer possible to cancel it; however, we can change the delivery address in case of an error.

What should I do if my package arrives damaged?

If the product is damaged upon arrival, immediately contact us*, avoid opening and/or using the product, and take photos of visible damage (punctured box, punctured packaging, crushed/broken/defective product).

*These situations are handled on a case-by-case basis

How do I return something?

First and foremost, please contact us to explain the situation*. We will then provide you with a return label, which you should place on the package in place of the delivery address. Make sure to properly seal the openings on the package before sending it.

*Your request may take up to 5 business days to be processed.

Do I have to pay for return shipping?

In the event of a return, we will send you a label, and you will then be responsible for the return shipping costs. However, if the return is due to a damaged package upon arrival, the situation will be handled on a case-by-case basis.

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Large orders may be eligible for discounts when processed with us; no discounts will be displayed on the website, so please contact us
